What's The Tea: Sea Moss?

What's The Tea: Sea Moss?

Sea moss has been around for centuries and has aided millions in times of hardship. If you have ever heard the term "Irish Moss", that is due to the incredible role sea moss played in providing nutrients to Ireland during the tragic potato famine. I first learned about sea moss after I came across a video of an honorable man known as Dr.Sebi.

According to Dr. Sebi, the root cause of many dysfunctions or "diseases" in the body is due to mucus build up and not regularly detoxing. His wisdom aided multiple celebrities around the globe and his legacy still lives on.

So what exactly is sea moss?

Sea moss- scientifically known as Chondrus Crispus, is a naturally forming sea plant similar to seaweed and sea algae. It is known to hold 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies are made of and can be enjoyed topically and internally.

Why do I use sea moss?

Although I would say I'm moderately healthy myself, I still slip up now and again. I must admit, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies can get the best of me. However, I'm at ease knowing I always have sea moss in my fridge to clear up stubborn phlegm, revitalize my skin, and provide moisture back into my hair.

I encourage everyone to do more research to learn the many benefits of sea moss for your hair, skin, nails, and overall health. Prioritize yourself with just two tablespoons a day. Try out wildcrafted sea moss here at www.shopflygirlgoods.com.
